When you order a book or a service from us, we need to know your full name, postal address, e-mail address, shipping address and telephone number. Every user can have an account which is protected by ID or Customer number and password verification. We store account information in a secure fashion and our support staff do not have access to this information. If you choose not to have an account, your details are still secure.

Credit Card information.
We use PayPal who operate a secure server system, to process our credit and debit card payments. They encrypt all credit or debit card information and authorise payment directly. This means that your credit card details are never revealed to us. PayPal may transfer, process and hold your credit card information in countries either within or outside the European Economic Area in connection with performing their duties. Updating your details
If any of the information that you have provided to Quadrant Books changes, for example if you change your e-mail address, name or payment details or if you wish to cancel your registration, please let us know the up-to-date information by updating your details on our website by going to Author login on the home page, log in and change your details.
